Refunds, cancellations and help with your purchase.
When refunds apply
Weekthread sells a fixed pass of four weekly editions per topic. We do not offer a money-back guarantee or a trial period. Refunds are provided only where required by applicable law, including a valid statutory withdrawal or a qualifying problem with supply or conformity. The sections below explain these situations.
Personal preference and unused editions
Outside an applicable statutory withdrawal right or other legal entitlement, changing your interests, disagreeing with editorial opinions, leaving emails unread or deciding to stop reading does not qualify for a refund. Unsubscribing stops future emails; it does not automatically cancel the purchase or refund unused editions.
Statutory withdrawal
EU/EEA consumers generally have a 14-day withdrawal period for online contracts of this kind, subject to applicable national law and lawful exceptions. It normally runs from conclusion of the contract; legal extensions may apply. No reason is required. This checkout does not obtain a separate consent and acknowledgement waiving withdrawal rights for early supply of digital content. Receiving or opening an edition, accepting general terms or unsubscribing does not by itself constitute such a waiver.
How to withdraw
Use Withdraw from contract, or send an unambiguous statement to contact@weekthread.com. Provide your name, purchase email and enough information to identify the purchase, such as an order reference, purchase date or topics. The form needs no account. A particular form or document is not mandatory. We record the submission time and acknowledge the statement by email. A statement submitted within the applicable period retains that submission date even if reviewed later.
Required reimbursement
For a valid withdrawal, amounts due are reimbursed without undue delay and within the statutory deadline, generally 14 days after we are informed. Refunds use the original payment method unless another method is expressly agreed without extra cost. We do not impose administration or cancellation fees on statutory refunds. Any lawful adjustment for supplied services must meet the applicable legal conditions; it is not an automatic per-edition deduction.
Missing or non-conforming content
Contact us if an edition is not supplied or materially fails to meet the contract. Applicable law may entitle you to supply, correction, a price reduction, termination or reimbursement. An AI disclosure does not eliminate these remedies. This policy does not shorten legal time limits or require claims within the pass’s 30-day window.
Remaining editions
A full refund stops future deliveries. Staff handle valid withdrawals and terminations, including stopping supply as required. Bank processing may take additional time after we initiate reimbursement. Unsubscribing stops delivery but does not itself request a refund.
