Who we are
Weekthread supplies topic-based email newsletters. Our available business and contact information appears below. These terms apply to purchases from this website.
Your purchase
Each selected topic is a four-edition pass. One payment covers the next four Monday editions after payment confirmation. There are no recurring charges, automatic renewals or physical deliveries. A pass expires 30 days after payment. Topic prices and the combined total are shown before payment. The amount shown at final checkout is the total charged, including any applicable taxes included in that price. Your bank may separately charge currency conversion fees.
Publication and access
Publication starts on Mondays at 09:00 UTC. The first edition is the next publication after payment confirmation, followed by three weekly editions. Delivery is processed in batches, so inbox arrival may be later. Everyone following a topic receives the same article for that publication week. Separate topics arrive in separate emails. You need an active email address and an email application supporting plain text or HTML. No special software or account is needed. Linked sources may have their own access rules or paywalls.
Ordering and payment
Choose your topics, provide the delivery email, and review the total and terms. Complete payment using Stripe’s secure payment form on our website. Your bank or selected payment method may ask you to authenticate on its own page. The purchase activates only after Stripe confirms payment. Abandoned or failed checkouts do not activate passes. Contact us promptly if you entered an incorrect address.
Editorial approach and AI
Claude prepares articles using web research and source citations. Editions summarise the preceding week; the amount of relevant news varies. Articles are AI-generated and are not routinely reviewed by a human editor before delivery. They may contain errors, omissions or outdated information. We aim to distinguish reporting, commentary and uncertainty. Content is general information, not personalised professional advice. This disclosure does not remove your right to receive content that conforms to the purchase agreement.
Using your editions
You may read, save and print delivered editions for personal use. Unless applicable law permits it, do not resell or systematically redistribute complete articles as a competing product. Third-party material remains subject to its owners’ rights. Keeping previously delivered emails does not depend on renewing a pass.
Stopping delivery and refunds
Each edition includes an unsubscribe link that stops remaining emails for that purchase. Unsubscribing alone is not a withdrawal or refund request. Purchases are final except where a refund is required by law, including applicable withdrawal rights and remedies for missing or non-conforming content. Read the Refund policy and use Withdraw from contract or contact us to exercise a statutory right.
Problems and complaints
Report missing or materially incorrect editions to contact@weekthread.com or through Contact. Include your purchase email and any order reference available. We assess the issue and provide remedies required by applicable law, which may include supply, correction, a price reduction, termination or reimbursement.
Responsibility and applicable law
Nothing here excludes liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. We do not impose an exclusive foreign court or remove mandatory protections applicable in your country of habitual residence. The applicable national law depends on the business’s actual establishment and the consumer’s location.
Changes
The terms presented when you order apply to that purchase. Later changes apply to new purchases and do not retrospectively reduce existing rights. The policy version is recorded with new orders.
